The “Bean to Bar’ experience begins with a tutorial on the production of cocoa and ends with you making a chocolate bar, using estate grown cocoa. The a la carte lunch at this top restaurant, is a truly spectacular experience, with every item on the menu, sweet or savoury, incorporates the use of cocoa. There is plenty of time to savour this gastronomic experience. Visit the therapeutic mud baths, then return to the boat for a Piton sunset cruise.
