Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technology used on lucianstyle.com, what they do, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website places on your phone or computer. They help a site work, remember choices and, on some sites, measure visits or show adverts.
Cookies set by the site you're on are "first-party". Cookies set by another company's service on that site, like a chat tool, are "third-party". Some sites also use similar technology, such as your browser's session storage, which keeps information only until you close the tab.
2. What this site uses
These are the cookies and similar storage the site needs to work. They're set whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

3. Analytics and advertising
These only run if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline or don't answer, none of them sets a cookie. Google Analytics may still receive a basic page-view signal without cookies or any way to recognise you (Google's consent mode).

Google Tag Manager loads these tools for us and sets no cookies of its own.
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage Meta's adverts in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Each browser explains how: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all have a cookies section in their settings. For general guidance, see www.allaboutcookies.org.
Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. You can also clear it with your browser's "clear site data" option.
If you block everything, the chat may not work, and a form you send may arrive without the details of how you found us. The booking and quote forms themselves will still work. Declining analytics cookies in our banner changes nothing about how the site works.
5. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever the cookies on the site change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
