Why a private villa?
A villa keeps a family or a group of friends under one roof, with a kitchen, and often a pool you don't share with a hotel.
It suits reunions, wedding parties and anyone staying more than a few nights. Cooking breakfast in shorts beats a buffet queue.
Kids can nap while the adults relax at home, and nobody has to dress for dinner.
Where on the island?
- The north, around Rodney Bay and Cap Estate, puts you near restaurants, the marina and the nightlife.
- Marigot Bay is quieter, tucked into a sheltered green bay.
- Want the Pitons outside your window? Look south, around Soufrière.

Weigh the airport too. Most long-haul flights land at Hewanorra in the south, so the north means a longer first drive.
What we'll ask you
How many bedrooms? A pool, beach access or a view? And would you rather walk to restaurants in the evening, or be somewhere hidden away up a hill?
Share a budget too if you have one. It saves sending you places you'd never pick.
How it works
You send the dates and what you need. We come back with villas that fit, with photos and prices in USD.
Some are villas we manage, others belong to partners. Before you book, we confirm the property, availability, minimum stay, price and the agreement that applies.
Changed your mind about the dates or the numbers? Tell us, and we'll work out what the villa can do.
Villa booking terms
For villas booked directly with us, a 25% deposit secures the stay and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Booking within 60 days? Then full payment is due when you book.
Cancel at least 60 days before arrival and we refund the rental, less 10% of the total. Later cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded. If we can't provide the stay, you get a full refund, unless you'd rather take an alternative.

Is there a minimum stay?
It depends on the villa, so there's no single rule. Send your dates and we'll check.
Can a whole wedding party stay together?
Often, yes. Send the guest count and we'll look for a villa, or a few close together.
