St. Lucia Group Travel, Planned by One Local Team

St. Lucia group travel gets easier when one local team coordinates the arrivals, the tours, the boats and the places to stay. We plan group trips from Rodney Bay, so you, the organiser, have one team to talk to instead of six.

Who we plan for

  • Family reunions, from the grandparents down to the toddlers.
  • Church groups who'd like Sunday morning kept free for a service.
  • Running a school trip? Tell us the ages and how the group is supervised, and we'll check each activity suits them.
  • Sports teams fitting days out around a tournament.
  • And the friends who finally booked the big birthday trip, years after first talking about it.

Getting everyone here and around

Flights landing at different times? St. Lucia Airport Transfers cover each arrival by road, or by private boat along the coast.

For a day of sightseeing together, the St. Lucia Island Tour runs by bus for groups.

On other days, road transport between the hotel and the activities can go in the plan, so nobody's hunting for taxis.

Days the whole group can share

Put everyone on the water for a speedboat day to Soufrière and the Pitons. Our largest boat takes 24 guests, and for a bigger group we arrange partner boats, subject to availability.

Not everyone wants the same day, and that's fine. Grandad can take it easy while the teenagers try the Segways.

Evenings out? The over-18s can head out around Gros Islet and Rodney Bay with a local host while the younger ones have an early night.

Somewhere to stay together

A villa keeps a family or a team under one roof. Prefer the group's own resort? We'll plan the pickups from there instead, and nobody in the group has to work out the buses. Ask us about Villa Rentals in St. Lucia: we manage villas and arrange bookings with partner villas too.

Travelling for work? Company groups have their own page: Corporate Events in St. Lucia.

One plan for the whole trip

Everything sits in one proposal. Each booked part of the trip shows its price, who provides it and the terms that apply.

You plan with one local team, not six suppliers. When a flight is late or the sea turns, we work out an alternative with you.

Ask for a group quote

Send the dates, how many are coming and the age range. Add what the group already has booked. You'll get a proposal with prices in USD.

Not sure of numbers yet? A rough headcount is enough to start, and we'll firm it up with you.

Group travel questions

Do you book flights?

No. We start at the airport. Flights stay with you or your travel agent.

Can children come on the boats?

Yes. Toddlers are welcome, and life jackets in all sizes are on board. Tell us the ages so we can plan the day around them.

Can people pay separately?

Ask us when you request the quote. We'll tell you how payment works for your group.

How many people can you handle?

Send the headcount. We'll split it across boats, transport and activities, adding partner boats for bigger groups when they're available.
